Curb Flow operates as a network, connecting licensed black cab drivers to passenger demand from multiple trusted sources, all delivered through the Curb VTS2 terminal already installed in your cab.

Those sources are demand providers: established booking platforms that route passenger trip requests into the Curb Flow system. For drivers, that means more trip opportunities landing in the same place you already manage your working day. No new apps, no extra equipment, no changes to how you operate.

A network built on quality, not just volume

Any demand provider joining Curb Flow has to demonstrate they're delivering real value to drivers. That means trips on the official TfL meter tariff, full transparency on every offer, and zero compromise on the professional standards London's licensed cab trade is built on. Demand providers access the network on those terms, or they don't access it at all.

What you see before every trip

Before you accept any Curb Flow trip, your VTS2 shows you the full details: pick-up, drop-off, and fare, upfront. No acceptance quotas, no penalties for declining, no exclusivity. You stay in control of what you take on, every time.

Opting in and out

You can opt into the full Curb Flow network, or choose to receive offers from specific providers while excluding others. If you want to opt out entirely at any point, just call Driver Support. You'll never be penalised, and the option to come back is always open.
