Every trip offer comes through your VTS2 terminal with the pick-up location, drop-off, estimated arrival time, and meter fare. You see everything before you decide. Accept it or move on. No penalties, no record against you, no impact on future offers.

No quotas

There are no minimum trips required per day, week, or month. Curb Flow is there to give you more options across your shift, not to set targets or monitor your acceptance rate.

Opt in, opt out on your terms

You can opt out of all Curb Flow trip requests at any time, or just specific demand providers, while continuing to receive others. Call Driver Support and it's done. No questions asked, no consequences, and the option to rejoin is always open.
