VTS FAQs

What if my payment terminal isn't connecting?

Use the reset button on the driver side of the console to restart the payment device, printer, and meter connection.

What do I do if the tablet has issues?

Press and hold the tablet power button to restart or shut down the tablet and relaunch the DASH App.

Can I still take payments with no internet?

Yes. Offline mode supports up to 48 hours of operation and 12 card payments without a mobile data connection.

I forgot my login PIN. What should I do?

Contact Driver Services to check or reset your login PIN.

My offline transaction wasn't paid. Why?

Offline payments are subject to processing delays but will be completed once the system reconnects to the internet.
